BuildATimeline Pro, by invitation1

Your whole book, in one studio.

Leads, proposals and a studio view of every payment, right beside the weddings you’re planning. Your couples plan on the same wedding, free.

A planning studio's dashboard under the studio's own name: money collected in 2026, outstanding and overdue amounts, contracts awaiting signature, and a list of what needs attention.

A studio’s money at a glance, from the payments that actually moved.2

From first hello to booked

Every lead, in one pipeline.

Inquiry, consultation, proposal, booked. Each card keeps the date, the email and your notes, and a booked lead links straight to its wedding.

The client pipeline in four columns: inquiry, consultation, proposal and booked, each card with a couple's names, their date and the planner's notes.

Proposals · Pro

One yes, and the wedding exists.

Price the work once and send it as a link. Your client reads it and accepts by typing their name. Accepting creates the wedding, the signed agreement and the deposit invoice together.

The proposals board: a draft, a proposal awaiting a reply, and one accepted with a link to open the wedding it created.
What the client sees: a partial planning proposal with a personal note, priced lines, a deposit to reserve the date, and a field to type their name and accept.

Contracts & invoices · on Free too

Signed and paid, from a link.

Send an agreement to sign or an invoice to pay. Clients sign by typing their name and pay by card into your own Stripe account. Every wedding shows what's signed, due, overdue and paid.

A signing page under the studio's logo: an addendum to the planning agreement, a field for the client's full legal name, and a Sign agreement button.A client invoice under the studio's logo: a final balance with its line items and a Pay button.
The client portal on a phone: hello Nora, a balance due, paid invoices and a signed planning agreement.

One page per client. Every proposal, agreement and invoice you’ve sent them, with Pay and Sign wherever something is waiting.

Reminders on their own. An overdue invoice is chased once a week, three times at most.

Your logo, not ours. Pro puts your logo on invoices, signing pages, the client portal and the emails clients receive.

Teams

Bring the whole studio.

Every seat gets Pro. Pay per seat and add or remove one any time, or take one flat plan for up to 20.

The same plan your couple opens. The timeline, seating chart, guest list and website are the ones your couple plans on for free, so everyone works from one wedding.

Your vendor notes stay yours. Keep your firm’s notes, files, price ranges and ratings on any vendor, and mark the ones you recommend.

Edits arrive as suggestions. Review the changes collaborators propose in one inbox before they land.

Bring your studio.

Tell us how many weddings you plan in a year, and we’ll write when a place opens.

  1. BuildATimeline is in an invite-only beta. If a planner already using it invites you to their team, you can join from that invitation right away. Pro pricing isn't published during the beta.
  2. Screens show a fictional studio, Tessory Hill Events, with invented couples, emails and fees, captured from the running app. The fees are the studio's own, not BuildATimeline prices.
